Operational Process Workflow & Coil Loading Process

  • System Initialization:
    • Ensure the system is powered on.
    • Perform a pre-check on vacuum pumps, heaters, and agitators.
    • Verify resin levels in the storage tanks.
  • Coil Loading:
    • Position coils on the designated job holder inside the main impregnation tank.
    • Securely close the tank lid using hydraulic/pneumatic actuation.
  • Vacuum and Degassing:
    • Activate the vacuum system to degas the resin and remove air from the coils.
    • Maintain the vacuum level at 0.01 Torr.
  • Impregnation:
    • Release resin from the storage tank into the impregnation tank.
    • Allow sufficient time for resin penetration into the coil windings under vacuum.
  • Heating and Cooling:
    • Start the heating process to cure the resin.
    • Once curing is complete, switch to the cooling cycle to stabilize the components.
  • Unloading:
    • Release vacuum and remove the impregnated coils.
    • Perform visual and quality checks on the coils.
